Wind Chime Teaset

My sister gave me this beautiful tea wind chime.
The pretty sky blue color is lovely against the green leaves.
I love how it brightens up to our backyard.
Click twice on the photo to enlarge, you can see the spoons better when the photo is enlarged.
The spoons add a sweet sound to the porcelain chimes.

Ephesians 4:2

Creamy Ham and Arugula Crapes

What you will need:
1/2 cup  reduced-fat  tub-style cream cheese
2 Tablespoons fat-free milk
2 scallions (green part only) thinly sliced
8 Crepes
8 (1 oz) slices lean Black Forest ham
1 small bunch arugula, trimmed

Mix cream cheese and milk in small bowl until smooth with mixer. Stir in scallions.
Place 1 crepe on work surface, prettiest side down. Spread 1 rounded Tablespoon of cream cheese mixture over half of crepe. Top with 1 slice of ham and 1/4 cup of arugula; roll up jelly roll style. Repeat, making a total of 8 filled crepes. Cut 2 of the crepes in thirds. Serve and enjoy. For a side item tomato wedges go well.
I absolutely loved this light meal, it truly was melt in your mouth good. The meal was light but very satisfying. I would have never thought of using crapes with ham, a whole new world has opened up for me, I LOVE crapes!
Jolie made her dish a little different tonight because she was unable to find the crapes in her grocery store. Click here to see Jolies dish, it looks great!  The Black Forest ham was delicious too, I had not bought that type of ham before, it was sliced thin/very delicate.  Truly Yummy :)

Shadow plus tea and Micah 6:8

Micah 6:8
the Lord has told you what is good,
and this is what he requires of you:
to do what is right, to love mercy,
and to walk humbly with your God.

While we were visiting WDW Magic Kingdom, I had to have a photo with the tea crates at the entrance of Liberty Square. God Bless America!

Sweet Homemade Lemon Bars

My Sweet Neighbor Sherry brought us some delicious lemon bars this evening that she made from scratch. They were the most delicious lemon bars I have ever tasted, I will have to ask for the recipe :)
She also gave me the precious tea ball in this photo, it has the cutest tea cup attached, I just love it and my sweet neighbor very much.

The tomatoes I used in tonights salad were from my son's girlfriends mom's garden, they were yummy and a real treat and blessing.
