Our Tuesday Dinner recipe for this evening and was WONDERFUL!! I posted the recipe with a few photos below. I have added a link to Jolie's dish. This was the tastiest eggplant !! It has a cute story behind the recipe.. this traditional Turkish recipe name means " The holy man fainted" referring to a holy man who passed out with pleasure when presented with this dish, perhaps because of the wonderful aromas.
